Upon notification, authors of papers accepted for their presentation in ITSC 2023 must fulfill the following process before August 16th, 2023:
1. Complete the registration process. Please note that each paper (regular, special session or workshop) must be associated to a full non-student registration. Read carefully the instructions in the above link before completing the registration process. Instructions to solicit a VISA invitation letter can be found in https://2023.ieee-itsc.org/visa-information/.
2. Prepare your files for final submission, considering the feedback delivered in the review reports and the recommendation of the AE. Note that unauthorized authorship changes are in general not allowed. Ensure that the authors and their order remain the same as those in the originally submitted manuscript.
3. Complete the following three steps by clicking on “Submit the final version” in the entry of the paper available in the Papercept author workspace:
- Transfer copyright to the IEEE.
- Check and update the final version information.
- Upload and pass the formatting checks of the final version of the paper.
